Buying a home is an incredibly difficult process. As the buyer you’re having to manage a lot of different people/companies, but if you use lock n loan as your lender you will not need to keep an eye on them. Julian and his team are hands down THE BEST at what they do. If you aren’t working with them to secure a mortgage or refinance, you are a fool. Julian first helped me first with a refinance and then on the purchase of a new primary residence. We knew going into my purchase that it could be a little tricky due to some personal circumstances but Julian was constantly reassuring that we would find a way to get it done…and he delivered. Julian and his team will work as fast as you need them to so be ready to supply them with proper documentation or you will slow down the process. If you are working with any other mortgage professional, you are doing yourself a disservice, fire them, and call Julian!…seriously…do it.
Julian could not have done a better job during my home purchase process. This was my first experience purchasing a home and I started out with Rocket Mortgage as my Lender. Unfortunately, after 30 days and no performance, I made the decision to switch lenders to someone that I trusted. Julian was able to save my home experience and turn it into a great one. The experience exceeded my expectations. Being a first time home buyer and going through the VA, it appeared to be a difficult journey. Julian was able to walk me through the process with ease.
