Words can’t describe, how grateful I am with Milko, Rosa and their team. We recently bought a house back in Aug, we were in a hurry to lock in the best possible interest available to us, and Milko was able to pull it off just in time. As a first-time home buyer my experience was great with Milko and his team! My fiancée and I knew we were in good hands as soon as we talked to Milko and Rosa. As mentioned, being a first-time home buyer, you immediately think that lenders will try to rip you off, they just want to make money and not work with you on what is best for you. However, Milko and Rosa did not make us feel this way at all! Their priority was for us to feel comfortable, confident and get us our first home! They explained everything in detail and answered all our questions (thanks Rosa 😊). We have recommended Milko to our friends and family, and he has helped them get their dream home.
