Amazing experience with Jennifer Stewart at ML mortgage. She went out of her way to meet us personally and explain our options even before we looked at condos for our son. Throughout the day she continued to give us options and updated costs. She adapted quickly to our preferred way of communicating (What’s App) and emailed us with advice. I’m the kind of person who reads reviews a lot about companies, bank institutions and products before I make my own decision. I did a lot of reading, research and comparison. I had the choice of Big Banks. What sets Jennifer apart was right from the beginning SHE VALUES YOU! I talked to somebody from one of the Big Banks who responded to my online inquiry for a mortgage loan…..nah! he sounded like I need to kneel before him so he would be nice to me. Unfortunately all my accounts are with this bank and they are way way old accounts…but after that…I’m definitely moving my accounts somewhere…..The bank kept calling and calling after that but I have decided not to go with them. With Jennifer, you have no problems contacting her, she respond very timely, proactive and always looking for ways to help you out. She’s really there to help you get that home. She was right on target too in terms of the timeline. And we were able to move in before our rent contract ended with the condo we were on. I’m not a first time home buyer but with the changes in the rules make it now difficult with a lot of paper work. I was puzzled since I didn’t get through like this before…..It even lead me to a point of giving up….but Jennifer helped me stand up and marched on….encouraging me and assuring me that I will get the house. And we did! If I had chosen to go with the Big Banks, I don’t think I would be able to move in timely or might get the house even ….I WILL BE JUST ANOTHER PIECE OF PAPER ON THEIR TABLE.
